Steps
Step 1
Blanch green bell pepper, red bell pepper and pineapple slices and set aside.Blanch green bell pepper, red bell pepper and pineapple slices and set aside.
Step 2
Season OmniMeat with salt.
Step 3
Steam OmniMeat for 4 minutes. Cut into small diamond shape.
Step 4
Coat OmniMeat thoroughly with cornstarch. Deep fry them over medium heat for 1 minute. Drain OmniMeat and set aside.
Step 5
Pour sweet and sour sauce into saucepan. Add cornstarch mixture, green and red bell pepper, pineapple slices and OmniMeat. Stir fry thoroughly to serve.
