Spring onion (Diced)
Vegan oyster sauce
Bean paste or Spicy bean paste
Defrost OmniMeat, add marinade sauce and mix well.
Cut off hard beancurd equally into around 12 pieces and soak off the beancurd until it is dry.
Pat on cornstarch to one side of the beancurd, then put OmniMeat mixture on it.
Heat up the oil. Place the OmniMeat downwards and fry until it turns golden brown.
Flip the beancurd up and fry the beancurd side until it turns
Remove from heat and place them on plate with some beancurd sauce. Drizzle on spring onion and ready to serve.
